To tell you a bit about myself...

Currently, I am an Associate Professor at Slippery Rock University and an Artist Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University. I received my Doctor of Musical Arts (saxophone performance) and Master of Music (jazz pedagogy) degrees at the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor's (music education) degree from Slippery Rock University.

In addition to education, I maintain a busy schedule performing and recording in a wide variety of musical settings. I perform regularly with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra, the Balcony Big Band, and with my personal projects.

I am active in the realm of new music advocacy. It is my pleasure to be the artistic director of the Three Rivers New Music Consortium, an organization aimed at the creation of great new original works.

Thanks again for visiting my website. I hope to speak with you in person soon!
